  1. What’s something that’s frustrating you lately? That thing that just creates tension when you think of it?
  2. What are your expectations around it? Expectations that are being placed on you, you expect of yourself and you expect of others.
  3. What capabilities do you or others have to meet those? What are you assuming about yourself and the other party?
  4. Where is accountability missing? What is the appropriate reward and recognition for a job done and what is the outcome if it isn’t done 

Just that awareness alone can spark change. It gives you clarity on where you’re out of balance and what to focus on next.
